As we observe 14th November as World Diabetes Day, we thought of preparing a list of sugar-free dessert which out diabetic friends can eat without a second thought. These desserts contain simple readily available ingredients and can be made at home too

Surprisingly, more than 20% of Indians contribute to the country’s diabetic population. Also, unhealthy lifestyle, irregular desktop diet and consumption of unsaturated fatty food are pushing the younger generation towards the risk of developing diabetes.


As we observe 14th November as World Diabetes Day, we thought of preparing a list of sugar-free dessert which out diabetic friends can eat without a second thought. These desserts contain simple readily available ingredients and can be made at home too. Give it a try!

Funfetti pancakes: This healthy funetti pancakes are low in fat and high in protein. These delicious pancakes are free of refined sugar, gluten and dairy. Even the pancakes are devoid of sugar or any form of additional sweeteners, yet every bite of the pan cakes tastes sweet buttery and fluffy.
