Turns out you don’t have to travel all the way to Vietnam to get your fix of Vietnamese food. And in a city like Mumbai, where you have only so many dining options when it comes to this ‘exotic’ cuisine, wouldn’t you rather be able to whip up your own noodle soup when you’re craving it? A weekend cooking class aims to help you do just that.
Anjali Pathak
UK-born chef Anjali Pathak’s interactive class will teach you how to make three dishes — Pho (which is actually pronounced ‘fuh’), a classic noodle soup; delicate Summer Rolls made with rice paper; and a crunchy Red Cabbage, Spring Onion and Peanut Salad. Moreover, Pathak has carefully tweaked each recipe to ensure that it is fully suitable for vegetarians.
