The barbecue season will start from October 25 and will take place every Wednesday or Friday for Backyard Barbecue.
The set up will revolutionize the way you enjoy your barbecues. A culinary evening by the pool coupled with a rustic set up of wooden log tables to barrel high tables, engaging bartenders, tantalizing cocktails and more. The menu is curated by Chef Gopi Nandakumar and his team. The team will cook bountiful meats, seafood, exotic vegetables exclusively on fire.
Either you are a barbecue beginner or grill food enthusiast, a lover of non-vegetarian food or fan of vegetarian food, Hyatt Regency Mumbai has a perfect course to suit you. There is a salad bar for you to choose from the dressing, condiments, choice of veggies and meats.
A sandwich bar too awaits you with freshly baked bread variants like Hot dog bun, Schiacciata, Panini, French baguette and Burger buns. The selection of barbecue is from an array of mains like the Citrus, Basil and Pine nuts marinated grilled Basa, BBQ braised pork ribs, Frankfurter pork sausages, Spicy tamarind and chilli marinated Pineapple, Peri Peri spice grilled Tofu steak with different kind of sauces and condiments to the rich selection of mouth-watering desserts.
Alongside enjoy sinful cocktails complimenting the barbecue prepared by our bartenders. Our guest can enjoy from a selection of cocktails varying from Jell-O Shots, Popsicles, Cocktails in pouches, Sangria, Beer Margaritas and more.
