Available at The White Owl, the popsicles are made out of the brewpub’s Ace beer — a French Apple Cider with mild apple champagne flavours.

The cider is mixed with sugar syrup and frozen; it is then served on a bed of butter cookie crumble, which lends it a savoury, textured crunch. This beer on a stick wins our vote.
