Romantic notes

Govinda might be impressing fans with his acting and dance moves, but on the home front, he sings to woo wife Sunita. The actor revealed on the Indian Pro Music League premiere that he often serenades her with Roop tera mastana. Sunita added that he is “truly romantic and sings well.”

The actor and Salman Khan set aside their differences to shake a leg at the Indian Pro Music League premiere. They recreated the signature steps of the chartbuster, Do you wanna partner, from their 2007 film Partner as well as recited the popular dialogue, “Itni khushi, itni khushi,” from the comic caper. Chi Chi features as mentor on the upcoming music show, and Sallu as brand ambassador. Though Khan brought him back to the limelight with Partner, Govinda later felt slighted by Khan. It’s time someone team them together again for a laugh riot.

Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya

Producer Rajan Shahi is collaborating with ex-wife Pearl Grey on the second season of Mann Kee Awaaz Pratigya. She is on board as creative producer. The show, starring Pooja Gor and Arhaan Behll, has begun its first shoot schedule in Prayagraj. As Grey was part of the drama’s initial outing in 2009, Shahi feels she knows best what will work for it. “There will be a lot of expectations and we are keen to give it our best shot. We are taking the story forward with the old as well as some fresh cast members,” he adds.
