On Monday, Arshi Khan took the keys to her new apartment in Goregaon. The actor-host, who was a wild card entrant on the Salman Khan-hosted show, will next be seen in the web series, Mary Aur Marlow.

Six years on, Kumkum Bhagya sees another twist in the tale. Lead actor Sriti Jha, who plays Pragya, now metamorphoses into house help Gayatri. “It’s a Haryanvi character, so getting the diction and the nuances right is difficult, but I am trying hard to perfect it,” says Jha. The change in storyline is to help Pragya find the love of her life Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia).

Manish Goswami

Television producer Manish Goswami has acquired the rights of  K Vijayakarthikeyan’s 2019 book, Heart Quake. The name behind shows like Dil Dekhe Dekho and Kaisa Yeh Ishq Hai... Ajab Sa Risk Hai, Goswami jumps onto the digital bandwagon with the adaptation. The casting is underway for the drama that deals with an IAS officer taking on a minister. 

House proud 

Bigg Boss 14 contestant Arshi Khan has bought her dream home in Mumbai. Ever since she moved to the city from hometown Bhopal, she had been living on rent. On Monday, she took the keys to her new apartment in Goregaon. The actor-host, who was a wild card entrant on the Salman Khan-hosted show, will next be seen in the web series, Mary Aur Marlow.

Negative role for Sshrey Pareek

Sshrey Pareek, who is set to play a negative role in the ongoing popular show “Qurbaan Hua”, says such roles are more tempting than the positive parts. The actor is all charged up for the show because as a performer as it pushes him to give his best.  “I think negative roles have no limitations, no bars to follow. While with positive roles, you have to draw a line,” Sshrey says. He further shares that his character has a lot of scope to perform. Sshrey says to join an ongoing show halfway is challenging and he does feel there is a lot of responsibility on him.
