Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming flick directed by Karthik Subbaraj will feature Tamil actress Simran and Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui joining the cast. In a tweet on its official handle, Sun Pictures, which is funding the film said, "We are happy to announce that for the first time, @SimranbaggaOffc and @Nawazuddin_S will be acting with Superstar Rajini in #SuperstarWithSunPictures."


According to reports, the team has already roped in versatile actors such as Vijay Sethupathi, Bobby Simhaa, and others for the yet-to-be-titled film. While this is the first time actor Simran would be acting alongside Rajinikanth, it is Siddiqui's debut in 'Kollywood'. The superstar had recently finished his 35-day shoot in Dehradun.
