The much-awaited arrival of 'Bridgerton season 3' has sent fans into a frenzy of excitement worldwide. Premiering today, May 16, the latest installment promises a fresh wave of romantic entanglements, particularly the long-anticipated love story between Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton). As viewers immerse themselves in the drama of Regency-era romance, a not-so-surprising addition has captured the attention of the BTS ARMY.

A couple of days ago, Netflix announced the orchestral covers that will feature in the series. The list comprised Billie Eilish's 'Happier Than Ever', BTS' 'Dynamite', Sia's 'Cheap Thrills', Nick Jonas' 'Jealous', Pitbull's 'Give Me Everything', and others.

As the episodes were unveiled on the streaming giant, it was BTS’ ‘Dynamite’ orchestral cover that made the headlines. Played by Vitamin String Quartet, the rendition is an impeccable piece on its own. However, a section of fans were unhappy with the way it was used on the show.

BTS dropped 'Dynamite' in 2020 which was their first-ever completely English single. According to an announcement, in the song "BTS sings of joy and confidence, treasuring the little things in life that make life truly valuable and special. The song aims to bring a new surge of much-needed 'energy' to reinvigorate the global community amid COVID-19.”

As per the video, Eloise, Cressida, Miss Malhotra (Banita Sandhu), and other girls are having a conversation at the ball when ‘Dynamite’ is played in the background. Watch the video below.

As the clip went viral it invited mixed reactions from the BTS ARMY. One user wrote on X, “Should've been black swan, this feels so forced.” “Honestly not a fan of the orchestral version,” added another. “But it was such an unmeaningful scene, that's what I'm mad about,” commented one user.

Meanwhile, the series is about eight close-knit siblings of the Bridgerton family looking for love and happiness in London high society. It is inspired by Julia Quinn's bestselling novels. In the third season, Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan) finally gives up on her long-held crush on Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) after hearing his disparaging remarks about her last season. The showrunner is Jess Brownell, and it stars Victor Alli, Adjoa Andoh, Lorraine Ashbourne, Simone Ashley, Jonathan Bailey, Joanna Bobin, Harriet Cains, and Bessie Carter, among others.
