Popular celebrity couple, Kunal Kemmu and Soha Ali Khan who have just launched their first book together ‘Inni and Bobo find each other,’ caught up with mid-day.com for a special chat!

Speaking about the advice they would give new parents, Soha says, "I learnt a lot and it’s a constant learning process. I became very immersed in motherhood, to a point where I lost my own identity, other passions and pursuits. It took a while for me to find that balance. I’m on that journey now where I’m recognizing what’s important for me as an individual, what my other responsibilities are, my other joys are. I’m able to achieve more of a balance in life!"

Kunal adds, "There’s so much literature out there and advice is for free, so everybody likes to give it. You have to find your own way, every child is different. There’s no one correct method of doing anything, at one point you have to listen to your child and understand what they want. Instinctively, when you transcend to that part of life, you know of things to do and not to do! You don’t have to feel pressured, this book said this, or my mum said this and that is what I have to do! It’s a tough journey for both parents doing this for the first time."
