Vicky Kaushal has been on a roll ever since he began his career in the Hindi film industry. Right from the impressive debut in Masaan in 2015, he has been a part of some critically acclaimed and commercially successful films that offer a wide range of genres and performances. It was clear he was here to stay, and slay.

Over the years, he has acted in films like Raman Raghav 2.0, Zubaan, Lust Stories, Love Per Square Foot, Raazi, Sanju, Manmarziyaan, URI: The Surgical Strike, and Bhoot- The Haunted Ship. He now has Sardar Udham Singh, The Immortal Ashwatthama, Takht, a film on Sam Manekshaw, Mr. Lele, and YRF’s next directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya in the pipeline.

The man, given his recent and upcoming films, has been raking the moolah and that’s precisely why he has now become a proud owner of a brand new luxurious car. The actor posed with the new beauty and the post immediately reminds you of the scene in Sanju where his character did the same. His excitement was evident in his caption and congratulations were in order:

Mukesh Chhabra, Jaideep Ahlawat, Nimrat Kaur, Gajraj Rao, all of them extended their wishes to Kaushal. Coming to Ashwatthama, it’s helmed by URI director Aditya Dhar. Due to the lockdown, the team worked remotely, and now Dhar is considering changing the locations as the lockdown in the UK continues. If the reports are to be belived, the filmmaker and producer Ronnie Screwvala had been contemplating on the casting for months since the role is integral to the narrative. Now, one hears that the makers have zeroed in on Sara Ali Khan for the role.

In an interview with mid-day earlier, Aditya Dhar was quoted saying, "As a character, Ashwatthama was flawed. He was arrogant, egoistic and temperamental. That made him more human than every other character [in the epic]. We don't want to compromise on the scale. We want to make a superhero film and hopefully, achieve what Marvel is doing globally."
