Speaking to ELLE magazine, he said, "Who wants to work when you have a newborn at home! If you don't see your children growing up, you're making a mistake. And I can take time off from work—it's a privileged position. Rather than follow a 9-to-5 routine, I live like an actor. Your dharma and approach to everything are based on your career."
When asked about his take on the OTT platform, having acted in Sacred Games and Tandav, the actor stated, "I describe OTT platforms as long-form stories. There are numerous stories that are too short as feature films, and this is where long-form really comes to its own." In case you didn't know, Tandav was shot inside the Pataudi Palace.
Speaking about the same, Khan revealed, "They did change the decor and move around things, and eventually, it became a slightly imaginary space. But once the camera is on, you are thinking only about the role. And frankly, I was just happy to be sleeping 20 feet away from the work location!"
The actor will next be seen in the horror-comedy Bhoot Police that also stars Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Yami Gautam. Talking about the same, Khan said, "Bhoot Police is the best horror-comedy script, and it's going to be genre-defining. Horror has always been a part of our culture, but with films, it's a little bit like a bhed chaal type situation, where once it becomes a trend, everyone follows."
