Bollywood actress Disha Patani, previously linked with actor Tiger Shroff, has recently sparked buzz with a video clip featuring her and Aleksandar Ilic, her 'gym buddy'. In this video, which has now gone viral, Disha can be heard introducing Aleksandar as her boyfriend.

The video was shared by famous celebrity photographer, Varinder Chawla, who captioned it, "'He is my boyfriend' - #DishaPatani confirms her relationship with rumoured boyfriend #AleksanderAlexIlic?" The video has stirred up various reactions among social media users. One user commented, "Whatever it is, it's only best friend," implying a platonic relationship. Another user celebrated her apparent admittance, saying, "Finally! She clearly admitted it," whereas another jested about her past alleged relationship, saying, "Tiger Shroff crying in the corner."
To provide a bit of a backstory, Disha Patani and Tiger Shroff were rumoured to have been in a relationship for a good six years before an alleged split in August, 2022. The duo, however, never publicised their relationship status. During an episode of Koffee With Karan 7 aired in September 2022, Tiger seemed to confirm their breakup when he stated that he had recently become single, albeit without explicitly mentioning any names. After choosing to go their separate ways, the once rumoured couple was seen together at an event in Delhi on July 1.
As far as professional engagements are concerned, Disha's upcoming project is the action-packed film 'Yodha,' where she shares the screen with Sidharth Malhotra and Raashii Khanna. After facing several delays, this Dharma Productions film is finally set to release in theatres on October 27. In contrast, Tiger will be seen in 'Ganapath - Part 1,' an action film featuring Kriti Sanon and Amitabh Bachchan, which will be hitting the theatres a week prior, on October 20.
Disha Patani also turned showstopped for the 'Selene' collection at India Couture Week 2023. Her sequinned silver bralette and asymmetrical skirt evoked much of the gentle radiance of the moon. The pearly white sequins, metallic tissues, ivory tulle, and iridescent silver sequins embedded in the outfit mirrored the moon's ethereal glow.
