The Bigg Boss 17 house has turned into a battlefield with contestants clashing over several matters. The reality show premiered with 17 contestants entering the house on October 15. The participants include Jigna Vora, Sana Raees Khan, Anurag Dobhal, Munawar Faruqui, Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain, Navid Sole, Neil Bhatt, Aishwarya Sharma, Abhishek Kumar, Isha Malviya, Rinku Dhawan, Arun Mashettey, Sunny Arya, Firoza Khan, Soniya Bansal, and Mannara Chopra.

In the recent episode, Abhishek Kumar, who has been aggressively playing the game, left Mannara annoyed by calling her 'Duplicate Parineeti'. For the unversed, Mannara and Parineeti are cousins.
In the episode, Ankita Lokhande informed Abhishek that Mannara doesn't like talking about her cousins Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Parineeti Chopra. Ankita said, "Abhi bol do Parineeti ki behen hai, dekhna kitna bhadak jayegi." They also wondered whether there were any issues in their family. Abhishek, who found Mannara's trigger point, used the situation against her. Later in the day, Abhishek taunted Mannara saying, "Ye idhar se Parineeti Chopra lag rahi hai, side se Parineeti lag rahi thi." After avoiding him for a while, Mannara lost her cool. Abhishek repeatedly called her "Duplicate Parineeti." The actress got furious and said, "Meri family ko involve kyun kar rahe ho, meri family ko involve karke footage le raha hai."
Abhishek yelled at Mannara and said, "Sunn, aaj ke baat agar tune merko yeh bola toh dekh lena." She threw a pillow at him in anger. Mannara also said that talking about families is prohibited.
In a previous interview, Mannara opened up about the relationship she shares with Priyanka and Parineeti. The actress revealed, "We are extremely close-knit and keep in touch with each other all the time. We cousins, we are 14 of us, and we have this family cousins’ WhatsApp group called ‘The Chopras’. We know what’s happening in each other’s lives. It is mandatory for us to share pictures from wherever we are. Some of us cousins are constantly travelling, so, we also share pictures from our trips."
After Mannara entered the Bigg Boss 17 hours, Priyanka shared a rare throwback picture with her and wrote, "Throwback to little Mannara Chopra. Good luck little one (red heart, folded hands and flexed biceps emojis)."
