Akshara Gowda is set to make her Bollywood debut in Jackky Bhagnani-starrer "Rangrezz" and the actress has an interesting account to share
She had never thought of becoming an actor, but an audition done for fun landed her a cameo in director A.R. Muguradoss' Tamil film "Thuppakki". As luck would have it, cinematographer Santosh Sivan was working with Murugadoss on the film.

And it was Sivan who recommended her to "Rangrezz" director Priyadarshan.
"It is all destiny. I was accompanying a friend who was auditioning for the film and asked to audition me. I just did it for fun and landed in the film," Akshara said in a statement.
"It was just a guest appearance and I had no plans to become a full-fledged actor. But Sivan sir liked my face and performance in that very small role and recommended me to Priyan sir," she added. u00a0
