Bollywood superstar Salman Khan is all set to fly out of the city to resume shooting of his film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ in Kashmir after the Bombay High Court suspended his sentence and granted him bail in the 2002 hit-and-run case.

In a major relief to Salman, the Bombay High Court -- while admitting his appeal -- on Friday suspended his five-year jail sentence, paving the way for him to secure regular bail.

Special public prosecutor Pradeep Gharat said Justice A.M. Thipsay directed Salman to furnish a fresh bail bond of Rs.30,000 to the Mumbai sessions court.

The actor is supposed to complete a song with Kareena Kapoor Khan after which the shoot ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ will wrap up.

The actor will again have to go to Jodhpur for the hearing of the blackbuck case on June 1.

The rest of Salman’s projects have yet to go on floor.

Salman recently recorded a song for his home production ‘Hero’ that stars Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty. ‘Hero’ to release on July 3 and Salman is expected to head the film’s promotions.

The actor has not yet committed any dates for the shooting of his two future projects-- Ali Abbas Zafar's ‘Sultan’ and Karan Malhotra's ‘Shuddhi’.
