Known for calling a spade a spade and landing in controversy, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma recently drew the ire of the Twitterati for making derogatory comments about Tiger Shroff. He had also slammed Phantom Films after 'Queen' (2014) director Vikas Bahl, one of the stakeholders of the indie banner, was accused of molestation by a former female employee. But now Ramu assures he will mind his tongue.

"I have decided to stop saying anything about one particular person or company," Varma told PTI.

As far as the Tiger controversy goes, RGV had reacted to a magazine cover featuring the Baaghi actor, mocking him for posing like actress Urmila Matondkar. The filmmaker, who had also called him the 'greatest woman' he has ever seen and a 'transgender', later apologised for his remarks.

Varma has cast Tiger's actor-father Jackie Shroff for his political drama. Would he like to collaborate with Jr Shroff? "No, I don't have any plans yet. Jackie knows me, and I spoke to him about this. What has happened is a matter of past. Since I have apologised, I don't want to talk about it anymore," he adds.
