Looks like another Bachchan has arrived in Bollywood with a bang. Here's introducing Vinod Bachchan, the producer of recently released, and successfully running, Tanu Weds Manu. A man of great conviction and vision, Vinod, a corporate guy, ventured into a territory where most wouldn't even think of treading.
"I came from a small town to Mumbai with big dreams. I wanted to make my first film with a cultural feel of a small town and that is how Tanu Weds Manu took shape," reveals Vinod.

He confidently says, "When I was narrated the script of Tanu Weds Manu, I was very impressed. I could relate a lot with it. Moreover, I strongly believe in stories which are real and connect with audiences."u00a0 And that trust wasn't misplaced since Tanu Weds Manu is proving to be a success.
But if you think that Vinod is satisfied with just his first venture, think again. Spurred on by the success of Tanu Weds Manu, he has already begun working on his next venture, Zilla Gaziabad, to be directed by Anand Kumar. Based on a real life story, it will show the underworld nexus in small towns and cities and will star many A-list stars of the industry.
And to follow that is Vinod's third venture titled Maximum, again an outstanding drama script based on a Mumbai cop, which is being directed by none other than director Kabeer Kaushik.
