The director took to micro-blogging site Twitter to call for helping Ram in reaching nearby hospital.

"Any Rescue workers. Journalists. News Organizations.

Please guide/help/advise. Need Help for Ram, my House Help for 15 years. Stuck 5 hours west of Kathmandu w/broken left hand and leg.

An earthquake of 7.9-magnitude has brought life in Nepal to a halt.
