After screaming himself hoarse denying that he had acted in Sohail Maklai's Knock Out starring Sanjay Dutt, Irrfan Khan, and Kangna Ranaut, Apoorva Lakhia has gone and shot for the film.
The film has Apu playing a cop. Sanjay Dutt's business manager says, "Apu has done a great job in Knock Out. He's a very dear friend and I am helping him out. He should be signing two more big films very soon."
