Akashdeep Sabir plays a film producer in Aanand L Rai's Zero starring Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma. Though the makers are keeping the plot tightly under wraps, we have learnt that Akashdeep plays an '80s filmmaker and his scenes are mainly with Katrina and Abhay Deol, who has done a cameo in the drama. Looks like Zero has Bollywood as its setting.

SRK plays a vertically challenged man in the movie. He will be seen in a double role, one of which is of a dwarf. Zero is slated to be released on December 20. Shah Rukh reunites with his Jab Tak Hai Jaan co-stars, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in the film.

On the response received for the film's teaser, Aanand L Rai said, "I am getting really good feedback but this time. I am trying to give the audience things which are coming from my heart and with Shah Rukh sir, I think, I am being able to achieve that. The kind of fun we all are having while making this film is what I always look for... I still require two months for the completion of the shoot, but I will ensure that the film delivers more than what it is promising."
