The right mix
I workout regularly. I love running; I run at least four times a week. I also do a lot of kickboxing. I think it's an amazing mode of burning those calories. If you want to stay fit, you need to workout properly and follow the right kind of diet.
Just for kicks
I follow a kickboxing regime for about five times a week. My teacher is very encouraging and tough when it comes to kickboxing workouts. Kickboxing is also my biggest stressbuster.u00a0 After a busy day, I love unwinding by packing a punch. I find it very refreshing and a lot of fun since its different from the mundane gym workouts and keeps me fit as well. Most importantly it helps me burn those calories faster than any gym cardio. Not only does it help me look good, it also keeps me physically fit.
Being a sport
I love sports. I used to play basketball and badminton during my school and college days. Now times have changed. With a busy schedule, I can only make time for virtual gaming -- think PS3.
Diet fundas
My daily diet is low on carbs and high on proteins. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables daily. Most importantly, I drink a lot of water. I thank God that I have been blessed with a high metabolism rate.
