In less than five years since it was established, Swara Group has emerged as a leading player in the real estate segment in Ahmedabad, setting new benchmarks with their commitment to quality, innovation and delivering desirable living spaces in the prime areas of the city.
Swara Group came into existence in 2018 when Kartik Soni, then only 27 years old, embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. Mr Soni’s vision to transform the heart of Ahmedabad has seen the group complete six residential projects until now, while six other projects are in the development stage. Four more residential projects are in the pipeline.
“All of our projects are in prime areas like Paldi, Usmanpura, Navrangpura, Ambawadi, and Parimal, which are considered the heart of Ahmedabad. We want to play a crucial role in shaping the real estate segment in these locations with high-rises and vertical development, and by extension, transforming the skyline of Ahmedabad. Our commitment is to provide the best living experiences to the people of Ahmedabad with upgraded lifestyles and unique amenities,” said Mr Soni, who is an electrical engineer by qualification.
The locations Swara Group is focused on boast excellent connectivity, multi-modal transportation facilities, civic amenities, and strategic location. In just five years, Swara Group has delivered close to 450 homes, ranging from 2BHK to 4BHK lifestyle apartments catering to both affordable and luxurious housing segments, in these localities. Many more projects are in the planning stage and are poised to further strengthen Swara Group’s position in the real estate sector of Ahmedabad.
However, the journey was anything but easy. After completing his graduation, Soni started working with an electrical contractor for a monthly salary of Rs. 8,000 in 2014. He soon became a part of the real estate industry after a relative floated a project. He spent three years honing his skills and learning the intricacies of real estate. He subsequently worked with other developers before venturing into liaising.
Driven by the urge to do something of his own, Mr Soni founded Swara Group in 2018, a few months after his daughter Swara was born. He managed to acquire a prime plot for Rs. 3 crore but didn’t have any funds for construction. He got two home bookings on the very day of the project launch, which set the ball rolling, and a few months later, he unveiled the group’s second project.
“I thought that things were looking up, but an unprecedented challenge in the form of the pandemic struck in early 2020. The next year was an extremely challenging period as there were hardly any property deals, but I was confident we would come back as soon as the situation improved,” Mr Soni recalls.
Swara Group launched a campaign featuring actor Yash Soni during Rath Yatra in July 2021, which became a huge hit, leading to a tremendous response and a surge in sales, firmly establishing the group as a popular real estate group.
“Our mission is to continue to create stunning living spaces in Ahmedabad and we are committed to being the best in our field,” Mr Soni added.
