Rachna Chhachhi has been practising nutrition therapy since 2009, with a specialisation in cancer nutrition since 2011. A graduate from Oxford and Johns Hopkins University, Chhachhi was mentioned by actor Manisha Koirala's in her book on cancer. Her process of treatment mainly involves making a plan for a person's physical, emotional, mental and spiritual nutrition. "Cancer is a multidimensional disease, and a large part of my treatment focuses on what one consumes through the eating habits and thought processes. Physical nutrition gets addressed by diet plans, and the mindset is addressed by specific pranayama exercises and meditation techniques," she says.
