Kamani stuns No. 1 Pillai again

India No. 2 Amee Kamani of Madhya Pradesh stunned national champion and India No. 1 Vidya Pillai of Tamil Nadu for a second time in the concluding round of the Women's Z-Camp (2nd leg) to finish as overall number one in the Sportal-organised GSC World Snooker Qualifiers, a BSFI National Selection Tournament, at the Goregaon Sports Club. Kamani had beaten Pillai in the first leg too.

In the battle between the top two Indian women cueists, Kamani, 29, lost the opening frame before making a determined recovery in the second frame. She went on to win 34-58, 65-45, 75 (55)-14, 61-31.
