Freunds beat Rhema 4-2 in rink quarters

Nishi Chawan's hat-trick fired Freunds Sports to a 4-2 victory over Rhema Sports in the quarter-finals of the flood-lit Bandra Gymkhana Open Rink Hockey Tournament for women on Thursday.


Rajitha was also on target for the winners, while Sanggai scored a brace for Rhema. Meanwhile, Central Railway thrashed Champa Lal 9-0 with Sushilla scoring seven goals. Kanti and Sarita were also on target.
