India's wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson has been added to the Indian squad for ODIs against South Africa. Despite being in and out of the team, he did not get enough chances to prove himself. So far, Samson has played three ODI matches against South Africa and has scored 118 runs. His highest score against the Proteas is 86 not out which came during the first ODI on October 06, 2022

Yuzvendra Chahal

India's star leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has returned to the squad after a long period. So far, he has featured in 10 ODI matches against South Africa in which he has registered 22 wickets. The veteran has 2 four-wicket hauls and 1 five-wicket haul against the Proteas. His best bowling figures are five wickets for 22 runs against South Africa in an ODI match at SuperSport Park in the year 2018

Rinku Singh

Rinku Singh came into the limelight during the T20I series against Australia. He played impressive knocks against Australia which helped him secure his spot in the Indian squad for the T20I series against South Africa. After a successful run in the T20Is against Proteas, he will also feature in the ODI team. People will keep tabs on him to showcase stupendous strokes

David Miller

South Africa's middle-order batsman David Miller has been a consistent performer against India. So far, in 26 ODIs, Miller has smashed 501 runs and has registered four half-centuries against the Men in Blue
