Texas Governor Greg Abbott identified the killer as Salvador Ramos, 18-years-old, a resident of the area where the school was located. The shooter's motive remains unclear. Pic/AFP

In an emotional address following the school shooting incident in Texas, the US Vice President Kamala Harris condemned the attack and called for "action and taking a stand". "Enough is enough.
