Kabul: At least two persons, including a child, were killed in a blast in Afghanistan's Samangan province on Thursday, the police said.
The blast hit a house in Aybak city, the capital of the province, a police spokesman said.

"A mine planted into the house of a tribal elder in Aybak city went off, killing two persons and injuring two others," the official told Xinhua news agency.
