Chef Vishnu Manohar is making dosas non-stop for Diwali, aiming to prepare 10,000 dosas in 24 hours. He plans to make about 750 to 800 dosas every hour. Before this, he cooked large amounts of khichdi, baingan bharta, and misal. Chef Vishnu believes in the power of sharing food, saying that donating food is the greatest form of charity.
