Subramanian Swamy says juvenile's release in Nirbhaya case must be mulled over

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy on Monday again reiterated his concern over moves to release the juvenile accused of being associated with the December 2012 gang rape of a medical student in a bus in outer Delhi.
