Sharad Yadav favors death penalty to liquor manufacturers

Days after Bihar Government unanimously passed the Bihar Excise Bill, which holds stringent punishments, including death penalty for the country’s liquor makers and sellers, JD(U) chief Sharad Yadav on Thursday said the decision was justifying and welcoming.
