Authorities launch Ramadan helpline for fasting Muslims in Kashmir

The government of Jammu and Kashmir has launched a special helpline for the fasting Muslims during the holy month of Ramadan. A special department has been set up by the state police to attend to emergency calls. People can also text their grievances through SMS or WhatsApp.
