Prior to addressing the summit, PM Narendra Modi took a look at the various projects in the pipeline and prototypes at the expo centre in Greater Noida
PM Narendra Modi said investments worth more than Rs 1.5 trillion have been made in semiconductor sector, and many projects are currently in the pipeline
Apart from PM Narendra Modi and Electronics and IT minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, the summit was attended by Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, State Cabinet Minister Jitin Prasada, and other dignitaries
Addressing the gathering, PM Narendra Modi said this is the right time to be in India. "Many projects are currently in the pipeline, and India today assures the world that when the chips are down, you can bet on India," he said
