Unidentified body with injury marks found on roadside

Assistant Police Inspector Madhukar Kakade registered a case of murder under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code against the unknown suspect(s). At around 7.30 am, Bibwewadi police were informed about a body found on the roadside. The deceased had received injuries on his head and face.

Police said that the assailant had used a bamboo stick and sharp weapons to kill the him. Efforts to establish the identity of the deceased and suspects were on till late night. Assistant Police Inspector Kakade said the case was under investigation.
