Made out of rich, dark chocolate mousse that comes with the flavour and crunchiness of real, roasted hazelnuts and not just essence, each bite is surprisingly crumbly rather than a smooth mousse-like texture. We suspect a bit of over baking might have resulted in this happy mistake. The dark chocolate adds a hint of bitterness to this rich number.

We also suspected a filling of mousse in one of the layers. The cake is very sweet and can leave you satiated in just a few bites. So we suggest, order this sinful piece only if you are sharing it.
