You don't need to carry mosquito repelling coils and creams to vacations anymore, your mobile handset can shoo the mosquitoes away.
Micromax Informatics Limited (Micromax), a mobile handset manufacturer, has launched a new phone with a mosquito repellent feature.
"This phoneu00a0-- Micromax MTV X360u00a0-- has a feature whereby a specific sound at a certain hertz is played to shoo away mosquitoes," said Rahul Sharma, executive director of Micromax.
The first of these handsets will hit the market in the first quarter of 2010 will be Micromax MTV X360, a music-oriented handset, priced at Rs 4,999.
