Students of Mount Carmel College sure know how to serve it up in style. At the finals of the intercollegiate basketball tournament at MCC today, there were more than just the players on the court.
The spectators were privy to a fashion show organised by some students from the college. The bevy of beauties didn't stop there. The show was followed by flexible dancers grooving to hip hop, again on the court.
Dance now being theme, what followed next added that extra spice of the exotic to the event. Dressed in costumes, a few students performed the Tutuki Tokelauan, a fusion of moves and music from the islands of Fiji and other South Pacific islands.
Of course, since it was basketball tournament, we should mention that MCC won against Mahaveer Jain College in the women's match while St Joseph's also beat Jains in the men's finals.
