On the eve of Gudi Padwa, people in Mumbai were seen flocking to markets to do last-minute festival preparations, amidst a strict mini-lockdown in the city. Scores of people were seen buying flowers and gudi’s from marketplaces. Although most market-goers were seen masked up, social distancing protocols were not strictly followed while shopping.
