A case has been registered under IPC section 304 against the unidentified driver
Two youths died near Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel on Wednesday night after a car took a sudden U-turn and collided with their bike. Another person was seriously injured in the accident. The rider and the pillion got severely injured while the car sped away.
The car was going from Elphinstone to Mahalaxmi and made a sudden U turn in the middle of the bridge, due to which the bike approaching from the other end collided with the car and crashed. The two-wheeler collided with another bike coming from Dadar side and bikers fell on road.

Reportedly, 25-year-old Krishna Kurhadkar was declared brought dead and Bhavesh Sanghvi died after reaching the hospital.

While the car driver fled after the incident, the incident was captured on CCTV.
N.M. Joshi Marg senior police inspector Pratap Bhosale told mid-day that a case has been registered under IPC section 304 (Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder). Pratap Bhosale said, "We are checking the footage of CCTVs installed at other places on that road, so that the number of the car can be found."
