Maharashtra reported 14 new Covid-19 cases and one death, as per the health bulletin released by the government on Wednesday.
According to the bulletin, 23 patients were discharged today taking the total tally of recovered patients to 80,21,640.
"The recovery rate in the state is 98.18 per cent," said the health official.
"The case fatality rate in the state is 1.81 per cent, " added the health official.

Out of 8,74,40,864 laboratory samples 81,70,290 have tested positive (9.34 per cent) for Covid-19 until today.
"Around 3,024 test were done today out of which 2,552 test were conducted in government laboratories, 470 were done in private laboratories and two by self-test," the health official said.
At present dominant variant of Covid is Omicron XBB.1.16. Total 1,733 cases were found to be infected with this variant. There were 19 deaths reported among the cases of this variant.
Maharashtra presently has 103 active cases.
