The Bombay High Court on Monday rejected Mohammed Ajmal Amir Qasab's appeal against death sentence in the 26/11 terror attack case.

A division bench comprising Justice Ranjana Desai and Justice R.V. More dismissed an appeal filed by Qasab challenging the death sentence by Special Judge M.L. Tahaliyani in May 2010

24-year-old Pakistani terrorist, Qasab was convicted for his role in the November 26, 2008, terror attacks in Mumbai that killed over 160 people

However, in a setback to the prosecution and investigators, two of his Indian accomplices, Fahim Ansari and Sabahuddin, were acquitted by the court, their lawyers said.
