On the eve of the anniversary, tweeters urged citizens to not only condemn the attacks but also pay tribute to those who lost their lives.

Silent tribute

"Start ur day wit one min of silence. Tmrw s 26/11 last year mumbai was attacked. Let's all pray for their souls 2 rest n peace," wrote balabe87.
