The IT Cell of Railway Police Force (RPF) on Friday arrested YouTuber Adarsh Shukla for making "dangerous stunt" videos on railway tracks.
The police had received a complaint on Twitter, in which it was stated that Shukla uploaded "dangerous" videos on Instagram. Following this, the police watched all his videos and arrested him.
After being arrested, Shukla immediately deleted the video. He also apologised to his nearly seven lakh followers and advised them not to make such videos.
The RPF released a video, in which Shukla is seen standing with the police constable and apologising with folded hands. In his apology, Shukla said, "I recently posted two videos on Instagram in which I was doing dangerous stunts at railway stations. Because of this, I have been arrested by RPF."
"After receiving a complaint on Twitter, the RPF IT cell, IPF Badlapur and IPF Kalyan swung into action and tracked his whereabouts. They got a clue from his car's registration number through videos and arrested him," an RPF official said.
