'Monolith festival' showcases rich cultural heritage of Khasi tribe in Meghalaya

Dressed in colorful traditional attires these men and women thronged the famous Khasi heritage village-Mawphlang in East Khasi hills district to celebrate 'Monolith Festival'.The festival is a cultural extravaganza to showcase and display the unique traditions through dances, music, handicrafts, cuisines and attires of the Khasi Tribe.
