The blur effect that occurs as a result of out-of-focus lights can add a special touch to a photograph. Now, you get to learn how to produce this effect on paper through mixed media at a workshop that calls for no prior experience.
Organised by Home is Where the Art is, founded by a daughter-in-law and mother-in-law duo, the two-hour session is ideal for those who wish to wind down in the company of fellow art lovers. Founder Ritu Batheja informs that apart from a focus on honing the participants' artistic skills, the aim is to keep the workshop interactive by bringing in personal touches.
You can try your hand at watercolour painting, stamping and lettering techniques to create a personalised bokeh design. With all the required materials provided by the organisers, you can create a gift for a loved one or write an inspirational motto to hang on the wall in your home. Plus, there are complimentary food and beverages.
