For many working professionals like us, a lot hinges on a cup of coffee. It's the boost you need before an important meeting, a drink that enhances the watercooler gossip break, a tool to clear brain fog, or a cup of solace when everything seems to be going wrong before a deadline. Essentially, that one cup needs to be perfect.
So when we take a whiff of Euphoria, one of the many new coffees launched by a luxury tea label, our hopes are brimming. They also offer beans sourced from different estates, which can be ground as per your choice (cold brew or espresso coarse, take your pick), and some blends such as tropical coconut and cardamom crush. We are glad that our pick is instant coffee, for time, like beans, is precious. The package comes with brewing instructions for various methods, be it stove-top or Chemex.
When we make our first cup (a simple mix with hot water followed by foamy milk dispensed from the coffee machine), we like the fact that the coffee doesn't need stirring and dissolves in an instant. The aroma is woody and comforting and the blend is quite thick with a beautiful undertone of subtle sweetness, that is close to pure chocolate with a hint of nuts. It costs double than a regular instant coffee. But like we said, a lot depends on our daily cuppa, and so that's a price we are happily willing to pay.
