Want to give ice cream a miss and go fancy? Try parfait instead. The Parfait Co. provides many mouth-pleasing options including fresh Alphonso mango. The company is run by chef Sharmeen Indorewala, who was also the lady behind the parfaits at SoBo restaurant Nico Bombay. So what makes parfaits different from ice creams you ask? Parfaits contain eggs to give them the light creamy texture. It won't give you a brain freeze as it isn't as cold as an ice cream. The Parfait Co.'s products are preservative, stabilizer, emulsifier and gluten free. Do try their Salted Caramel parfait, which is our favourite.
