Try a new strawberry special menu at British Brewing Company outlets, sample deconstructed samosa, charcoal bhajjia and other delights at Masala Library and feast on a five-course dimsum fare at Main Dining Room


Sip on strawberries
Juicy strawberries have hit the market, as well as your favourite eateries. Try a new strawberry special menu featuring drinks like strawberry sangria (in pic) and mojito with fresh strawberry chunks. End your meal with fruity desserts including strawberry pannacotta and three-way chocolate cake.

Enjoy Indian flavours
Sample a variety of India-inspired dishes like deconstructed samosa, charcoal bhajjia, nadir churma and mango and jaggery chutney, as part of a new 16-course tasting menu. The dishes, created by chef Saurabh Udinia, marry traditional Indian cuisine with progressive plating and techniques.

Dig into dim sum
