I can't get over my ex-girlfriend

But two months ago, she stopped calling me and avoided meeting me. I was hurt and called it quits. She did not say a word when I called her. I told her it is over for us and hung up. She did not bother to call again. I have done everything to forget her but all in vain. Now I wonder whether I was wrong to take the first step towards the break-up?

You need to stop being a sentimental fool. She has moved on and so should you. She gave you a hint loud and clear. You were no longer of interest to her - that's the reason she stopped calling and meeting you. Remember she dumped you first, so why are you still pining for her. You may have called it quits but that's what she wanted anyways. Move on and get a life. This woman did not deserve your love. The faster you realise this it will be better for you. She has found someone else, that's the reason she did not want you!
