Payas is an Internationally Certified Fitness Trainer & Nutritionist from International Sports Sciences Association with over 4+ years of experience in transforming people across India. Till date he has transformed 300+ clients online and offline. After completing his BTech. In biotechnology and MTech. In environmental engineering he worked 5 years in corporate sector. Meanwhile, never left his passion impaired due to demands of his job, but saw friends, family and other people struggling with their nutrition deficiencies, lifestyle and other related issues. This made him decide to choose fitness as his career to help people live healthy, fit and disease-free lifestyle. He quit his job and started working as a Freelance Trainer & Online Coach.

On a close word with payas he shared ;

" I coach working professionals to get in amazing shape, gain confidence and become the best versions of themselves. So, there were times I was working for 12+ hours as a corporate professional, taking care of my parents, and performing all of my other responsibilities of adulthood. It was so frustrating because I knew I could achieve more for myself and that there had to be a better way to balance my life. I remember looking at myself in the mirror and seeing a young guy who was losing his edge, who looked older than his years, was unhappy, and had no energy.

But worst of all, he knew he wasn't setting a good example for his son. He himself said that " I needed to make a change ". At that moment, he decided to make it his own mission to create effective exercise and nutrition methods that will help him feel good about himself. "

Despite spending more than 12 hours a day at a desk staring at a computer, he transformed his body and having the confidence in the results he achieved, he made the bold decision to leave his corporate job and start personal training and nutrition counselling practice.

He was able to prove that the strength circuits, workout method, and simple nutrition guidelines which he developed not only worked for him , but also for tons of other busy men and women with hectic lifestyles And because of that, he has created something that he believes one can't ignore today. He is constantly working for people to help them gain confidence and the best version of themselves.
